Taste it, Touch it

Class one takes it easy so we can focus on the mood, erotic motivation, and intricate timing of the choreography with the music.

We begin with our warm-up, rotating key spots on the body we’ll be activating throughout the class. My audio cut out towards the mid section of the video, but we continue on with a voiceover to break down the beginning steps of the choreography. We’ll break down the steps and how we transition from one to the next, before we put the dance to music.

Getting the timing right with the music will be a bit of a learning curve. We don’t use counts and instead use visual cues in order to help us adjust to the musicality and moving on the right beats.

We end with a meditation and closing affirmation to affirm our practice, our bodies, and ourselves.
